Before requesting a quotation

Send the product series or a photo, order quantity and destination. Use the checklist below to help us confirm the specification.

Caster selection checklist

1. Load and use: equipment weight, maximum payload, number of casters, manual or powered movement, speed and frequency of use. Ask us to confirm the rating for your selected configuration.
2. Wheel dimensions: wheel diameter, tread width and required overall mounting height in millimetres.
3. Mounting: send a drawing or clear photo showing the top-plate size, bolt-hole spacing and hole diameter, or stem dimensions.
4. Movement and brake: specify rigid, swivel or swivel with brake, and the quantity of each.
5. Environment: describe the floor, thresholds, indoor or outdoor use, temperature, water or chemical exposure, and noise or floor-marking requirements.

Where are the prices?

Prices are quoted for your selected dimensions, configuration and quantity. Send your requirements through the enquiry form.

Can you help match an existing caster?

Send photos of the complete caster and mounting, together with measured dimensions. We will check available options. Confirm the final specification before ordering.

Which wheel material should I choose?

The catalogue includes PU, TPR, rubber and PP series. Tell us your load, floor and operating conditions so we can check the appropriate series. Colour alone does not identify wheel material.

Can I request samples or a trial order?

Ask us to confirm availability, minimum quantity, sample charges and freight for your chosen model. These details are stated in your quotation.

Will the supplied caster match the photo?

Photos illustrate a series. Confirm the exact wheel material, load rating, mounting dimensions and rigid, swivel or brake configuration against the quotation and drawing.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

Goods are dispatched from Hengshui, Hebei, China. Stock, production schedule, packaging dimensions and weight, freight and delivery terms are confirmed for each order.

How can I get a freight quote?

Send your quantity and destination country, city and postcode or port. Freight is calculated after packed dimensions and weight are confirmed. Website country selections are not a freight quote or delivery guarantee.

Does submitting an enquiry place an order?

This website accepts enquiries. Submitting one is not an order or payment commitment. Pricing, payment arrangements, trade terms and after-sales terms are agreed in the quotation and order confirmation.
